Bat + Scorpion Bolo Tie
Handcrafted two part bolo tie, featuring the Pallid Bat with scorpion prey suspended below. This original design was hand carved in wax by artist Spring Winders and cast in the Heliotrope studio in Barrio Viejo, Tucson, Arizona.
Pallid Bats range from western Canada through central Mexico. When hunting in the desert regions, they stalk scorpions and giant centipedes, and are immune to their poisonous stings! What an amazing critter!
Pendant measures 2.75” wide x 2.3” long. A very unique two part piece!
